高雄市鄭姓女子四年前蓄意旋開瓦斯鋼瓶閥，再用打火機點火釀民宅氣爆，害自己顏面、四肢有燒燙傷，檢警據高雄市消防局火調報告，依放火燒燬住宅罪嫌起訴鄭女。然而，鄭女不斷辯稱，「不記得案發經過」，鄭父也證稱，女兒長期受思覺失調症所苦，有就醫診斷紀錄，高雄地方特惠組合法院認定鄭女犯案時，出現被害妄想才想輕生，判她無罪，令她入處所施以監護1年。鄭女與舅舅、舅媽同住一屋，卻在四年前10月31日時，將放在一樓客廳茶几旁的瓦斯鋼瓶氣閥開關轉開，讓瓦斯外洩，再點火點燃瓦斯，害民宅氣爆，現場一片慘不忍睹，沙發塑膠皮、電視機外殼全被燒熔，茶几桌板結構也被高溫燒得碳化，幸好氣爆威力不至於讓住宅主結人氣產品過年送禮推薦構損壞。. } }); } 同棟住戶聽聞氣爆聲響，通報高雄市消防局趕抵搶救，涉嫌縱火的鄭女也被依法送辦。鄭女到案辯稱，有聽過父親講述過此事，但已不記得案發經過。鄭女辯護人也辯稱，鄭女受妄想型思覺失調症影響人氣產品網購人氣商品，犯案時欠缺辨識、行為能力，也就沒有責任能力。檢方調查，鄭女案發前曾陸續在家割腕、用刀刺傷胸口，還曾從3樓高處一躍而下，送往高雄榮民總醫院急診救治，發現她出現被害意念，還有視聽幻覺等症狀，經醫院診斷，鄭女疑似有思覺失調症。鄭女在犯案那年9月22日出院，隨後在10月31日縱火，害自己顏面、右上肢、雙下肢有二度燒傷，受傷表面積占全身13%。高雄地方法院認定，鄭女犯案時受被害妄想影響，無法分辨現實與妄想情境，深感無望才萌生自輕生念頭，判她無罪。然而，鄭女行為對他人生命財產有高度危險性，若缺乏適度治療，恐有再犯疑慮；為優惠專區必買及早預防，法官令她持續接受精神評估、治療，並入相當處所施以監護1年，可上訴。高雄市鄭女患思覺失調症，4年前出現被害妄想，旋開瓦斯又點火釀氣爆，高雄地方法院認定她無行為辨識能力，判她無罪，但要施以監護1年。圖／報系資料照 分享 facebook
潘政琮推桿準星找回 短桿手感卻不見

在吉隆坡舉行美國職業高球巡迴賽亞洲首站的CIMB菁英賽，台灣旅美好手潘政琮在第3回合找回推桿手感，全場抓下1老鷹、5博蒂，可惜也吞下3柏忌及1個雙柏忌，雖然以低標準2桿的70桿作收，3回合累計208桿成績，排名再下滑至並列第33，落後領先者達11桿。

目前暫居領先的球員共有3位，前2回合結束時並列領先的美國球員伍德蘭（Gary Woodland）、李許曼（Marc Leishman），2人在第3回合均交出67桿；而印度好手夏馬（Shubhankar Sharma）則是交出66桿，3回合累計成績為197桿。
一度在第2輪找不到推桿準星的潘政琮，經過調整後，第3回合的推桿表現已恢復，每洞的平均推桿數又回到1.54個，但短桿的感覺又跑掉，在5洞錯失果嶺情況下，僅只有1洞順利救Par，其餘4洞全部失守，其中在第14洞更吞下雙柏忌。
潘政琮在結束馬來西亞賽事後，將轉往韓國濟州島，參加PGA在亞洲的第2場賽事，接著再到上海，參加由世界高爾夫錦標賽所舉辦的匯豐（HSBC）錦標賽。
