颱風「山神」生成路徑遠離 台灣影響小
【台灣醒報記者藍苡瑄台北報導】第9號「山神」颱風在17日早上8點生成。「目前颱風位於台灣西南邊海域，朝著南海附近的東沙群島前進，逐漸遠離台灣，所以影響越來越小，」中央氣象局預報員官欣平17日受訪時說，影響台灣較大是16日晚間到17日清晨，東半部、恆春半島雨勢較大，現在颱風逐漸遠離台灣，所以雨勢逐漸趨緩。氣象達人彭啟明在臉書粉專寫下，「山神」對台灣沒有直接影響，不過外圍的水氣已經在東半部有些雨勢，17、18日都將持續有短暫雨。
「17日至19日因颱風『山神』遠離，所以天氣主要是受到吹東風影響，東半部、恆春半島會有短暫陣雨，」官欣平說，西半部地區則是多雲到晴為主，各地要注意午後雷陣雨，溫度方面，17日各地出現34至36度，留意高溫情形。
氣象專家吳德榮17日於「三立準氣象•老大洩天機」專欄寫下，18、19日盛行偏東風，東半部有局部陣雨，西半部晴朗炎熱，午後有局部性雷陣雨。20日之後的天氣與熱帶系統的活動有關，變數大、需耐心觀察。氣象達人彭啟明在臉書粉專寫下，第九號颱風「山神」，未來將在南海上持續往海南島方向前進，對台灣沒有直接影響，不過外圍的水氣，已經在東半部有些雨勢，今明兩天都將持續有短暫雨。
另外，目前位於菲律賓東方海面上有一個熱帶性低氣壓，預估周末會影響台灣北部、東半部、恆春半島，雨勢會較大。「這周天氣轉變落在周末，21日至23日要注意這個熱帶性低氣壓與其外圍環流，」官欣平說，這個熱帶性低氣壓還是有發展空間，未來不排除可能成為颱風。
氣象局提醒，17日到20日在南部沿海、東半部有比較大的長浪，17日在北部、東半部、恆春半島與金馬沿海地區，有較強的陣風，至於東沙群島因颱風接近，風力也比較強勁，民眾必須多加留意。
